TN Result 2019: The TN HSC 12th result 2019 have been announced today, April 19 by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination at 9:30 am on the official website, the link for which is tnresults.nic.in . The TN HSC 12th results can also be checked on the websites, dge.tn.nic.in, dge1.tn.nic.in and dge2.tn.nic.in.
This year, the pass percentage in the state stands at 91.3 per cent. Further, the pass percentage among girl candidates is 93.64 per cent, while it is 88.57 per cent among boys.
This year, Tiruppur district has topped the list with 95.37 percent pass percentage followed by Erode with 95.23 percent and Perambalur district with 95.15 percent.

Moreover, 1,281 schools in the TN have reported 100 per cent results this year.

As per reports, a total of 8, 69,423 candidates registered for the TN HSC 12th exam in the state whereas 8, 42,512 appeared for the same.
TN HSC 12th result: Evaluation process and answer scripts
All the candidates can apply for the answer scripts through their respective schools from April 22 to April 24.
The evaluation process for TN +2 result will be conducted from March 29 till April 10.

- On the homepage, click on 'HSE(+2) - March 2019 Results'
- Enter your registration number and date of birth
- Click on get marks
- Results will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take print out of the same for future use

The Directorate of Government Examinations was formed as a separate Directorate in 1975 in the month of February. The first secondary school leaving certificate examination was conducted in 1911. In 1980, it started the HSC examination. Every year, nearly 7 lakh students appear for both TN Board SSLC exams and TN Board HSC exams.
